Short F.A.Q.
What is the rank-system you guys have?
Starting at the very bottom, we have Cadet, Soldat, Soldat de deuxieme classe, Soldat de Premiere classe, Garde and Caporal. This covers the base 'enlisted' group.
Above that, we have the non-commissioned officers: Caporal Fourier, Sergeant, Staff-Sergeant, Sergeant Major, Sergeant Chef, Colour Sergeant Major, Regimental Sergeant Major, Adjudant and Adjudant Chef.
Then, we have the Officers: Cadet-Officer, Sous Lieutenant, Lieutenant, and Captain.
Finally, we have the Senior Officers: Chef de Batallion, Major and Colonel.
Separate "special" units get their own class: Musician, Flautist and Sapper refer to the class they're named after.
B-b-but I wanna be cavalry!
We can always accomodate to your needs. just understand that everyone has to start somewhere and for the sake of fairness, everyone starts at the beginning, as a standard Cadet.
Can I bring my dad/mom/sis/bro/friend/uncle/great-grandfather too? I'm sure they want to join!
The more the merrier. Everyone will have to apply for themselves however, but there's no harm in referencing to oneanother.
I don't like your chain of command! This is a game, we should be able to do what we want!
You're entitled to your own opinion, as are we... and we happen to think our chain of command is just fine. :)
I don't want to come to training-sessions, they are boring.
We never force you to come to the trainingsessions. They are, however, mandatory for those who wish to rank up in our regiment.
